Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at rustandroots@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right!
Cancellations & Changes
Once orders are placed, no cancellations are allowed. After this period, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
